How a local search goes
I've walked through more than fifty communities on the Treasure Coast, and I know which ones fit which needs: who is strong with memory care, who handles a two-person transfer, who has a real dining room, and who quotes one number on the tour and another on the contract. You tell me what your parent needs, what the budget is, and how soon. I send three that fit, with pricing. Then we tour, together when you want me there, and I stay on it through move-in.
What it costs here
Assisted living and memory care on the Treasure Coast are priced by the community and by the level of care your parent needs, and the number on the brochure is rarely the number on the bill. Every shortlist I send includes the base rate and the care fees I've confirmed with the community, so you can compare three places on the same footing before you spend a Saturday touring.
The hospital week
Most families find me during a hospital stay, when the case manager says your parent can't go home and gives you two days to decide. Text me the hospital, the city, and what the care team is saying. I've done this many times, and a shortlist with pricing can go out the same day.
Long-term care insurance

Either way the help is the same: I find the fit, I put the pricing in writing, and it never costs your family anything, because communities pay my fee if your parent moves in.
