What I collect, why, and how to be removed.

What this site collects

When you sign up for a guide, the newsletter, or the waitlist, I collect what you type into the form: your name, your email address, and, if you choose to give it, your cell number and a few answers about who you're planning for, where they live, your timeline, and how you plan to pay. When you text or call me, I keep the number you contacted me from and what we discussed so I can help you.

Why

To send you what you asked for, to answer you, and to help you find care. Guide and newsletter signups are managed through Beehiiv, the newsletter service I use. Waitlist and contact forms on this site are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts the site. Bookings are handled by Calendly. This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and which buttons get used, with IP addresses anonymized; you can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking analytics in your browser.

What I don't do

I don't sell your information. I don't pass a family's details to a community without the family's consent. I don't send you texts unless you contacted me by text or gave me your cell number and asked for updates, and you can reply STOP at any time to end texts.

Health information

Please don't put medical details into a form. Tell me on the phone or in person what your parent needs, and I'll keep it to what's necessary to find the right community.

How to be removed

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your information deleted from my records, email tyler@goldenhorizonalm.com or text (786) 735-4931 and say so; I'll confirm when it's done.
