I'm Tyler Pasko, a Certified Placement and Referral Specialist based in Vero Beach. I place families in assisted living and memory care on the Treasure Coast in person and across the country by phone. Communities pay my referral fee; the family never pays me.
What I need from you
The family's name and phone number, the level of care, the timeline, and how they plan to pay (private pay or long-term care insurance). With the family's permission, a sentence on what the care team is seeing. That's it.
What you get back
I call the family the same day. They get a shortlist with confirmed pricing within hours, I tour with them when they're local, and you get a status note when the family moves in, so your file closes cleanly.
What I never do
Charge the family. Pass a family's details to a community without their consent. Recommend a community because it pays me and not because it fits. Take a referral I can't serve well, including Medicaid placements, which I'll say so plainly and point to the county's Aging and Disability Resource Center instead.
